Kara has been involved with The Dance Factory for the last 33 years. She earned a degree from Washburn University in Early Childhood Education. Kara enjoys teaching tap, hip hop and jazz to a variety of age levels. She has attended many dance conventions including Tremaine and West Coast Dance Explosion, as well as professional classes in Los Angles to further her dance education.
Megan began studying classical ballet at the age of four with June Landrith and the Metropolitan Ballet of Topeka. At the age of eight, she also joined the Dance Factory family where she studied for ten years. Megan was involved in competing, attending numerous dance conventions, and spent a summer with the Virginia School of the Arts for ballet intensives. While attending the University of Kansas, Megan was a Rock Chalk Dancer and a member of the Art In Motion Dance Company. Megan earned a degree from the University of Kansas in Sport Management and Business and is thrilled to be back home at The Dance Factory.
Nichelle grew up dancing at the Dance Factory for 15 years as a student, 9 of those competing in all styles. She attended Washburn University where she danced and competed with the Washburn Dancing Blues for 3 years. She then taught at the Dance Factory for 2 years before pursuing her career as a Health and Wellness Coach. Dance has always been her passion. Nichelle is overjoyed to be back at the Dance Factory, as she calls it - "her forever home", and we are all beyond thrilled to have her back!
Morgan recently graduated from Hayden High School where she was a member of the dance team for 3 years and captain for 2 years. She was a dancer at The Dance Factory for 15 years, 9 of which she was a part of the company. She is the recipient of various dance scholarships and awards. Currently, she attends Washburn University to study exercise physiology in hopes of becoming a chiropractor one day. She is very excited to continue to be a part of The Dance Factory family as a teacher and assistant.
Sierra danced at The Dance Factory from ages 2-18 and was a part of the Competition Company and Performance Company. She has been teaching for the past three years and is excited to be back at her home!
